Next week is my favorite Christian Holy day of the year. It is the celebration of my Brother Jesus' birthday. I love the day. I love getting up early, doing bible study,spending time in prayer, having some praise and worship. Yet most of all I love writing Jesus a letter of thanks for being the best big Brother in the world. After I write the letter, I rewrite it neatly and read it aloud to God, in the presence of all the invited angels. Its a joyous occasion for me. After this, my day is set. I can relax and rest. In ten days, the day is coming. I am calm, cool, and collected. Are you excited as I am?
Isaiah 9:6 states "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."
God, we thank You for sending Jesus. God we thank You for wonderful life we have because of the Wonderful Saviour Jesus is. God we thank for the Counsellor, Holy Spirit, who helps us get through each day. God we thank You for being the best Everlasting Father in the world! God we thank You that because You are the Prince of Peace, we always have peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus' name, amen.
