I have been praying these verse daily. When I think about it, it can only become true by spending more time with Abba by listening, by bible study and prayer. Holy Spirit really helps me in making all my conversations healthy and wholesome. Even when I am at a lost for words, we talk until I understand my/the present circumstance.
