in October/November 2009, i started writing down all of my prayer request. i wanted to be more aware of the concerns i laid at the foot of the cross. January 1st, 2010, i started writing in the rear of my journal, all of the prayer request that God had answered. a few months ago, i categorized all of my prayer request, and began to pray each prayer until God answered them. its been so much fun. (unrelenting prayer by bob sorge) i love wrestling with God. i have concerns and i want God to really be my Shepherd. i trust God a lot. we talk about everything. Holy Spirit will explain answers until i get it. i know that i want God to have 100% of me. i offer my body as a daily sacrifice.
Luke 18:1-8 Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart, saying: "There was in a certain city a judge who did not fear God nor regard man. "Now there was a widow in that city; and she came to him, saying, 'Get justice for me from my adversary.' "And he would not for a while; but afterward he said within himself, 'Though I do not fear God nor regard man, 'yet because this widow troubles me I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.'" Then the Lord said, "Hear what the unjust judge said. "And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?"
i encourage you to trust God, trust God, trust God. God wants to address all of our concerns. allow your faith to grow as you pray each day.
God I am glad that as Your elect, You shall respond to all of my prayers. Thank You God that the prayers of the righteous availeth much, amen.
