this is a task that can actually be done. its not really a task. it is communion with God. let me give you an example. when i do pbs, personal bible study, i meditate on 3 to 4 verses for 15 minutes then i walk through each verse, one by one, and ask Holy Spirit, HS, to explain it. after HS gives the explanation, i pray the verse over my life. the times, when i do not catch the full essence of the verses, HS can whisper in my ear and provide an example or further explanation during the day and i smile. you are actually praying without ceasing because when HS whispers in your ear - heart, you are paying attention because God has your attention.
God, teach me the intimacy of praying without ceasing. God as the deer pants for the water brook, so does my soul thirst for You o God, in Jesus' name, amen
