Are you tired?

Matthew 11.29-30. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke [is] easy, and my burden is light.
I had to go old school with the King James Version.  Its not really old school.  Its the only bible I read as 6 year old so its my favorite version of all time.  The KJV translation of this verse sings to me.  I am tired.  I think it is increased workload, meetings passed my bed check and not getting up to exercise before and after work for the past week.  I am going to tell God the entire list of what is distracting my flow and let God provide a sifting.  What am I doing that I should not do?  What should I stop doing that I am currently doing?  Nevertheless, I expect to find rest unto my soul and body at the end of our conversation.  I look forward to turning in between 9 and 930 and rising around 430am.  Do you need to do likewise?  Is your life to congested?  Have you stopped exercising?  PBS, personal bible study, and prayer is never neglected but what about personal fitness, journaling, sitting in God's presence and letting Holy Spirit whisper in your ear.  I hope you find rest as quickly as I am.
God, I will take Your yoke upon me.  I will open up my heart to learn and understand how you lived, as stated in Your word, and I will listen to the advice that Holy Spirit provides.  I want to learn of and from You daily.  God, I want my heart to be meek and lowly.  God I want to find rest unto my soul.  God I want an easy yoke and light burdens.  God, You are the lifter of my head.  In Jesus' name, amen
